My name is Kari Lu Cowell. (No pronouns, just Kari.)

Some things I am passionate about are:

• Liberation (No one is free until everyone is free.)

• Empowering people to be their best, most authentic self

• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging

• Yoga & Spirituality

• Creation of all sorts (Everyone is creative in different ways. My way happens to be in the more accepted definition of creation, but I believe a great property manager is just as creative as I am.)

I am a multi-passionate creative, and some of the work I do is:

At the end of 2022, my main offerings were through The Anti-Soulmate Love Coach. However, I felt the pull to expand into writing about all of the above listed topics, and instead of trying to fit it all within the scope of love & relationships, I decided to start this blog instead. 😆

I believe all things are related to love & relationships, so many of my writings will still contain that undercurrent, but this blog makes me feel more expansive. Plus I like to talk a lot, and am offered many more words here than on Instagram.
